WPP Media in Milano, Lombardy, IT, is seeking a Manager, Consulting SEO to drive strategic SEO initiatives and integrate SEO into complex marketing programs. The role focuses on data-driven optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years in SEO, strong analytics, and proficiency with major SEO tools, HTML/CSS/JS relevant to SEO, and English fluency. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5–6 years of SEO experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
• Mastery of common SEO tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Lumar, Screaming Frog).
• Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning applications to improve automation on SEO projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Define, lead and oversee strategic SEO initiatives based on data insights.
• Manage projects and teams across multiple clients and regions.
• Integrate SEO strategies with other digital marketing levers (SEA, Content Marketing, UX, CRM, Analytics, CRO).
• Analyze search intent and translate needs into content and site optimizations.
• Oversee reporting and deliverables with a data-driven approach.
