Haier Europe seeks a Digital Analytics & Web Performance Specialist to own GA4 analytics, CRO platforms, and multi-market data-driven optimization. You will manage dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate with UX, DTC, and Marketing teams to enhance the user experience across Haier Europe websites.

You will oversee CRO tools, guide testing initiatives, and ensure accurate data collection, attribution, and ROAS. A hybrid work model with Smart Working is available in Italy.

Competenze

• Experience with GA4 and advanced analytics required.
• Proven CRO and A/B testing platform knowledge.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards in BI tools.
• Strong communication with international stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support: serve as the GA4 expert for HQ and local markets; create advanced reports and dashboards; manage CRM analytics and data across funnels.
• CRO & A/B Testing Platform Ownership: manage CRO platforms; evangelize testing; maintain vendor relationships and user access; support multi-market experiments.
• Web Performance & UX Optimization: analyze funnels and engagement; assess impact of traffic; support SEO/Media with data; contribute to shared measurement standards.
