Genesys seeks a Principal AI Solutions Architect to bridge customer ambition and AI transformation across EMEA from Udine, Italy. You will shape reference architectures, lead with a consultative approach, and drive rapid AI-enabled outcomes for enterprise CX platforms.

You will translate data insights into executive-ready narratives, oversee multi-platform integration, and mentor teams while ensuring GDPR and security compliance.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CX/CCaaS platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
• Mentoring experience and ability to codify expertise into repeatable approaches.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery and strategy alignment with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate KPIs into technical priorities.
• Define reference architectures, data flows, and integration patterns for AI-powered CX orchestration.
• Oversee production-ready assets and ensure governance for privacy and security requirements.
• Mentor customers, partners, and internal teams to build AI maturity and reusable frameworks.
