Genesys in Italy seeks a Principal AI Solutions Architect within the Customer Success team to bridge client ambition and AI transformation across EMEA. You’ll shape reference architectures, lead with a consultative approach, and deliver rapid AI-enabled outcomes by integrating Genesys Cloud AI Studio and related suites.

You’ll translate data insights into executive-ready narratives, set KPIs, supervise data flows and orchestration across platforms, and mentor customers and teams to scale AI

Competenze

• 8–12 years of combined experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CX/CCaaS platforms and integrations.
• Strong storytelling to translate data-driven findings into executive decisions.
• Experience in regulated industries and security/compliance awareness.
• Multilingual capability advantageous for the EMEA region.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery and strategy alignment with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate KPIs into technical priorities.
• Define reference architectures, data flows, and integration patterns for AI-powered CX orchestration.
• Lead process redesign workshops to achieve seamless, channel-agnostic CX and customer ownership.
• Surface data-driven hypotheses and direct high-leverage interventions.
• Mentor customers and internal teams to build AI maturity.
