Job summary

Teads seeks an Account Manager in Milan to own post-sale client relationships and drive campaign execution across our omnichannel platform. You will work with Sales, Creative Studio, and Publishing teams to ensure seamless delivery, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities for agency partners and direct advertisers in Italy.

The role emphasizes campaign setup, tracking, and data-driven optimization, with a focus on ROI, viewability, and cross-channel performance.

Qualifications

3–5 years in account management, media planning, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of the Italian digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic buying.
Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Manage post-sale client relationships and campaign execution across the omnichannel platform.
Collaborate with Sales, Creative Studio, and Publishing teams to ensure seamless delivery and optimization.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with agency partners and direct advertisers.
Lead regular client status meetings, post-campaign reviews, and QBRs to drive retention and growth.
Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, and billing reconciliation.
Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
