Under Armour in Italy is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards and help cultivate a high-performance culture.

You will lead store activities, train staff, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as handheld and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can lift and handle cartons up to 25 lbs./12 kgs per shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance at local level.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves.
• Understand loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead and rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
