Under Armour, Inc. in Campania is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold product standards, and help create a high-performance culture where teammates thrive.

The role focuses on analyzing daily sales trends, directing merchandising moves, monitoring loss prevention, and training staff. A strong retail background and 1 year of experience are required, with local language fluency and basic

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
Comfortable with or willing to learn handheld and mobile devices.

Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
