Under Armour in Campania, Italy, is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain high energy on the floor. You will be the on-duty leader, open and close the store when needed, deliver exceptional customer service, manage stock, and partner with the leadership team to achieve KPIs while following brand standards.

This role requires strong communication, 1+ year retail experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach teammates.
• Advanced selling experience and an understanding of retail operations.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.

Mansioni

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates and manage loss prevention and safety.
• Open and close the store when necessary; ensure the store is neat, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
• Drive sales and achieve retail/omni KPI targets; communicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and leadership.
• Perform Stock Keyholder responsibilities as necessary and support scheduling using payroll reports.
