Zegna in Capri is seeking a Style Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will engage customers, present the stories behind our craftsmanship, and build lasting relationships that make them feel part of the Zegna world.

Based in Capri, you will collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales, manage the store environment, and contribute to visual merchandising and inventory control. English fluency is required to interact with a global clientele.

• Experience in fashion & accessory retail delivering high-quality guest service.
• Skilled at creating personalized outfits and developing client relationships using CRM/digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Style Advisor, based in Capri, you will bring your unique strengths to the Sales team, helping us bringing the human touch to the luxury experience.

You’ll work closely with the Store Director to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

More Specifically You Will

• Step into a hands‑on, minds‑on work environment where every challenge and opportunity helps you realize your full potential;
• Learn the stories behind the Zegna brand, products and craftsmanship, use these to authentically engage with customers as you share our offering and build ongoing relationships with them to make them feel a valued part of the Zegna world;
• Be accountable to achieve sales targets for your store, executing the plans provided by your store manager, as well as using your own initiative to suggest alternative strategies;
• Be responsible for ensuring the store’s environment is always on par with what our customers expect of us and well organized. To achieve this, you’ll be involved in visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting;

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring proven experience in providing a high‑quality service focused on guests’ expectations, in fashion & accessory retail;
• You’re skilled in creating personalized outfits, and maintaining and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging also on CRM and digital tools;
• You’re known for excellent interpersonal, team‑working and problem‑solving skills, and it shows in how you work with others;
• You communicate fluently in English;

What We Offer

• The position provides for a base salary between € 28.000 - 30.000; Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
