From the sales floor to the stockroom, you will shape exceptional experiences for customers and employees alike while driving commercial performance and fostering a positive, high-performing culture. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of approximately 18 employees, creating an inclusive and engaging environment where people can thrive.
• Own the employee experience, driving engagement, capability and a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and strengthening loyalty to the Burberry brand.
• Take a hands-on approach across both front of house and back of house operations, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store.
• Drive commercial performance through effective planning, operational discipline and a clear focus on business priorities.
• Champion high standards across service, visual presentation, stock management, compliance and daily store operations.
