Burberry in Rome Castel Romano Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support a 19-person team and lead in-store operations, client experience, and commercial performance. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will coach leaders, ensure exceptional service, and uphold Burberry's standards of luxury retail.

You will champion a collaborative culture, drive talent development, and manage daily activities spanning inventory, visuals, and store processes to deliver memorable luxury

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Rome Castel Romano Outlet store, supporting a team of 19 talented colleagues including store manager, department manager, sales associates andstore operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive an exceptional client experience, empower team performance and contribute to the commercial success of the store.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will champion Burberry's values, foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
