The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in managing premium or luxury brands, fluent English and Italian, and a passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design, with a team leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in managerial role for premium or luxury brands.
• Fluent spoken English and Italian.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 6 sales associates.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and uphold Core Values.
• Develop and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability.
• Ensure store environment and customer service are consistently outstanding.
• Produce reports and targeted analyses.

STORE MANAGER / HIGH PREMIUM BRAND / MILAN RINASCENTE

Responsibilities:

• Team Management ( Approx 6 SA)
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
• Build a strong customer experience
• Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
• Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
• Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Fluent spoken English and Italian
• At least 5 years in managerial role for PREMIUM or LUXURY Brands
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
• Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
• Business driven and detailed oriented
• Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
