Meller is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our very first store in Rome, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the Meller brand with pride.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales through KPI analysis, manage a small team, ensure promotions run smoothly, and foster a connected in-store atmosphere that reflects the Meller vibe.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
• Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
• High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
• Energetic, growth-oriented attitude; a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
