Meller in Rome is seeking Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody our brand energy. You will manage daily operations, assist customers with personalised advice, and help maintain an inviting brand-reflective store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fashion sales or customer service, a passion for fashion, and strong English skills. Growth opportunities and a dynamic, authentic team await.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and strong aesthetic sense.

• Customer service: Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• Store management: Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised, clean, and reflective of our brand identity.
• Daily operations: Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team, ensuring everyone gives their best in every customer interaction.
