IKEA is seeking a Unit Facility Management Manager in Italy to oversee all aspects of facility management for the unit, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient operations. You will manage external suppliers, drive FM initiatives, and align budgeting, planning and reporting with internal governance.

The role requires strong technical FM knowledge, capability to lead cross-functional teams, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

Supplier management across external service providers.
Basic project initiation, planning, execution, control and close.
Sustainability aspects in Facility Management (energy, water, emissions, waste).
Understanding main FM business processes at unit level.
Technical understanding of a retail building and FM assets.
Delivery and coordination of hard and soft FM services.
Knowledge of IT tools used in Facility Management.

Ensure property lifecycles are managed safely and compliantly.
Drive innovations and digital/technical solutions for FM.
Optimize property efficiency in a sustainable way.
Keep colleagues and partners updated on FM frameworks and initiatives.
Oversee long-term planning, budgeting, execution, forecasting and reporting within FM scope.
Evaluate supplier contracts to improve efficiency, costs, quality.
Coordinate external suppliers at unit level.
Manage relationships with business owners and align annual goals.
Develop team competence, performance and succession planning.
