Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Lombardy, Corsico, is seeking a Facility Management professional to oversee retail property operations, safety, and ongoing improvements, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for the business, colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.

You will implement innovative FM solutions, manage external suppliers, and lead long-term planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting within the unit, while developing the team's skills and maintaining alignment with governance.

Competenze

• Extensive knowledge of external service provider frameworks and coordinating external suppliers.
• General knowledge of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects.
• Good knowledge of sustainability interactions with FM (energy/water/emissions/waste).
• Understanding main FM business processes at unit level.
• High-level technical understanding of retail buildings and FM asset management.

• Ensure property management throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement.
• Implement FM innovations, digital and technical solutions for the business and people.
• Optimize property efficiency in a sustainable way.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers within governance structures.
