Roadsurfer is seeking a Team Lead for our Roma location to stand up and run the on-site operation. You will manage the station, coordinate with central teams, and lead the local staff to deliver outstanding service across rentals and customer support.

You bring 2-3 years in car rental or tourism, strong communication, and a hands-on approach. Fluent English and local language, plus a valid B license, help you guide your team and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead the station location, oversee day-to-day on-site operations with central teams.
• Implement standards and optimize processes, coordinate vehicle returns, handovers, prep.
• Maintain ongoing communication with international stations to drive improvements.
• Lead on-site team, onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
• Build your team by recruiting the right talent for the location.
• Oversee fleet management: rental and sales vehicle documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, partner coordination.
• Advise customers on products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent to convert them into happy road surfers.
