Ayvens Group in Rome is seeking a Logistics Operator to join the global mobility team. You will guarantee the correct assignment, tracking of fleet movements, and ensure timely transfers while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to design process improvements, monitor KPIs, and support incident resolution to keep the rental fleet running smoothly.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in economics, sciences, or humanities.
• Good command of English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Ensure correct dispatching of transports in line with volumes and routes for each provider.
• Support defining intervention plans during transport concentration and special situations.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to meet contractual KPIs and daily operations.
• Monitor and report service levels and support issue resolution with internal teams.

Conoscenze

Bachelor's or Diploma in economics/sc2
