you will be part of the Corporate Affairs & Governance function, supporting the team in corporate secretarial and corporate governance activities within a listed multinational group.
Master's Degree in Law, preferably with a thesis in Corporate Law or a related field.
Academic projects, thesis work or internship experience related to Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Financial Markets, Business Law or similar fields.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in corporate governance and corporate secretarial activities within a listed international group, working closely with experienced professionals and contributing to strategic governance processes.
