Job summary

Marriott International Hotels, Inc. is seeking a Dormitory Operations Supervisor to manage staff housing facilities.

You will oversee safety, cleanliness and dormitory policy compliance, while handling room assignments, check-in/check-out processes and inventory control. The role requires strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in HR operations and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate organizational, communication and interpersonal competencies.
• Experience coordinating contractors, inventories and safety compliance is preferred.
• Experience in HR management operations is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the staff dormitory ensuring safety, cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Assign rooms, manage check-in/check-out, issue keys and linen.
• Inspect daily cleanliness and coordinate pest-control and dormitory inspections.
• Enforce dormitory rules, report disciplinary issues and educate employees.
• Maintain records: key copies, fire equipment checks, rooming lists and rosters.
• Collaborate with loss prevention on fire drills and safety.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and weekly rooming lists; work with HR.
• Coordinate linen purchases with Laundry; manage inventory of dormitory items.
• Provide information to supervisors and coworkers via phone, email or in person.
