Job summary

W Hotels in Arzachena, Sardinia, is seeking a Management-level HR professional to oversee staff dormitory operations. You will ensure dormitory safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance while coordinating with the Human Resources team and hotel leadership.

Responsibilities include assigning rooms, processing check-ins/outs, supervising housekeeping, pest control, and fire safety programs, and maintaining dormitory records and contracts. Prior HR or operations experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assign staff dormitory rooms based on enrollment requests.
• Check staff in/out using the dormitory forms and issue linen and keys.
• Ensure dormitory areas are clean and coordinate pest control and fire safety checks.
• Maintain dormitory records, inventories, and contracts.
• Collaborate with HR and hotel leadership on housing policies.

Education
