AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Specialist Customer Service & Inside Sales to troubleshoot and be the primary contact for customers seeking quotes and timely deliveries. You will manage accounts and collaborate with sales and product teams to craft local services and solutions.

Fluent English and Italian are required. A university degree is preferred; the role offers a 39-hour work week, hybrid work, meal vouchers, smart working allowance and private health insurance.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of working experience in international forwarding.
• Experience in Pricing and Customer Service.
• Fluent oral and written English and Italian is a must.
• University degree (nice to have).
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions.

Mansioni

• Manage new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams and products teams to develop local services and products.
• Handle Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
• Promote additional services to contribute to overall profit.
• Interact with various agents to set up quotes, routes and rates for international and domestic freight shipments.
• Review the process and take immediate action to correct or solve issues that may occur.
• Provide feedback on enhancing current procedures that will increase efficiency reduce errors and better serve our customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with AIT’s customers and vendors on a first name basis.
• Other duties assigned as business deems necessary.
• Manage key accounts, focusing on customer retention and acquiring new clients while nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Conducting sales meetings on site or remote.
• In accordance with the sales and operation teams gather informations to present QBRs with all relevant customers

Overview
