Lexroom is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the full Spanish portfolio, drive retention, and upsell across accounts. You will partner with Product and Marketing to localize playbooks for the Spanish market, and you’ll monitor KPIs and report health of the portfolio.

You’ll work in a fast-moving SaaS environment, with hybrid work from our Madrid HQ, collaborating with top talent in tech and legal AI. Native Spanish and fluent English required, Italian a plus.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years in Customer Success or account management for SaaS.
• Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.
• CRM fluency with experience managing a portfolio.

Mansioni

• Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal.
• Run a proactive, commercial CS motion and upsell.
• Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, onboarding and feedback.
• Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain and localize it for the Spanish market.
• Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, report portfolio health.
