Lexroom.ai is seeking a multilingual Customer Support/Success specialist based in Milan or open to relocation. You will advise Italian and German-speaking customers via chat, email, and calls, guiding them through adoption and satisfaction while resolving issues swiftly.
The role requires 0–2 years in customer-facing roles, fluency in Italian and English, plus knowledge of Intercom/Notion. You’ll join a fast-growing startup with equity and hybrid work options.
Competenze
- Fluent Italian and at least one of German/Spanish/Bulgarian; native speaker preferred, C1/C2 welcome.
- Fluent English: able to read documentation and understand spoken English.
- 0-2 years in customer-facing roles (Customer Support/Customer Success/Sales/Operations).
- Familiar with sales or customer support tools (Intercom, Notion).
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup.
Mansioni
- Act as a trusted advisor for Lexroom's Italian and German-speaking customers across chat, email, calls, and proactive engagement.
- Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize, resolve tickets, run check-ins and feedback sessions, elevate complex cases.
- Act as the voice of the customer by feeding insights to product and other teams to improve processes and reduce churn.
