Lexroom.ai in Milan is seeking a customer support specialist to serve Italian and German-speaking clients, handling chat, email and calls to boost adoption and satisfaction.

You’ll be the voice of the customer, help resolve tickets quickly, and collaborate with product to reduce churn. English fluency is essential; Italian is required.

This is a hybrid role with the Milan HQ, offering health insurance, meal vouchers, and performance bonuses.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English; multilingual capability is a plus.
• 0–2 years in customer-facing roles (Support, Success, Sales, Operations).
• Based in Milan or open to relocation.
• Experience with Intercom or Notion is a plus.
• Law degree is a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted advisor for Lexroom’s Italian and German-speaking customers across chat, email, and calls.
• Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize, and resolve tickets; conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to improve processes and reduce churn.
