Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking candidates for a 6-month internship in the SPA Department. The role offers hands-on exposure to guest interactions, appointment scheduling, and spa operations at a world-class luxury hotel in Milan.

You will learn about our treatment menu, guest service excellence, and how to deliver a relaxing experience for guests from around the world. This internship starts October 2026 based at our Milan property.

Qualifications

• Service passion for delivering true genuine guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries in the spa.
• Answer phone calls and help guests with spa treatments and products.
• Book all appointments and check guests into the system.
• Schedule appointments and relay information to ensure relaxation.
• Describe Spa Treatment Menu and recommend home care products.
