Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking a Housekeeping Intern for a 6-month internship. This role offers exposure to a luxury hotel environment, where you will learn housekeeping policies, guest-service standards and how to meet guest requests with attention to detail.

The position starts February 2027 and is based in Milan. Legal right to work in Italy is required at application time. Monthly allowance is €500 net plus a comprehensive benefits package.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month intern7hip opportunity within the Housekeeping Department.

As a Housekeeping Intern you will

Gain valuable knowledge about housekeeping policies and procedures, learn about how to address different types of guests’ requests, assist housekeeping teams with delivering the highest levels of service excellence. You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different guest requests and guest room servicing needs , welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
