Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently offering a 6-month internship in the Reservations Department. The program provides exposure to reservations and switchboard operations, learning to handle requests across phone, email, and FS chat while collaborating with Revenue and Sales teams.

You will gain revenue and strategic knowledge in a luxury environment, interacting with guests and partners, and supporting the team with exceptional service standards.
