Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel. Missions

We are seeking a highly organized, guest-oriented, and commercially driven SPA Reception & Retail Specialist to join our SPA team. As the first point of contact for our wellness destination, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience while acting as a key ambassador for the SPA and its exclusive retail offering.

In addition to managing reservations, guest enquiries, and daily reception operations, the SPA Reception & Retail Specialist plays a fundamental role in promoting and driving sales of the hotel's exclusive Capsule Collection and curated wellness and beauty products. Through expert product knowledge and personalized consultation, the successful candidate inspires guests to extend their SPA experience beyond their treatment by discovering products and collections that reflect the lifestyle and values of the property.

The role requires a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, wellness, and retail excellence, combined with the ability to identify guest preferences, recommend tailored products, and contribute actively to the achievement of retail performance objectives.
