Stanley Black & Decker Italia S.r.l. is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Southern Europe Finance team in Vimercate, Italy. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week in the local office and remote work the rest of the time.

You will lead month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and S&OP for the region, manage SG&A spend, and develop customer P&L statements to drive profitable growth with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA equivalent.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning.
• Advanced Excel and enterprise systems (SAP, EPM, Power BI).

Mansioni

• Lead month-end close, variance analysis and commentary.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning for Southern Europe.
• Own SG&A spend and forecast across categories with focus on C&B, Marketing and Investment.
• Develop customer P&L statements and drive regional growth with finance and sales.
• Provide senior management with in-depth trend analyses and scenario planning.
