Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, invites applications for a Finance Manager, Shared Service Accounting in Buccinasco, Milan on-site. You will lead the Italian, Spain, and Portugal ledgers, ensuring compliance and timely filings, while managing the accounting team and close processes.

You will implement and monitor controls, align local GAAP with US GAAP, and partner with business leaders across Europe using strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• Fluency in English; German language is advantageous but not required.
• Strong experience in finance/controllership; multinational environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian GAAP and Italian tax is mandatory; US GAAP preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure ledgers for Italy, Spain and Portugal comply with policies and local regulations; oversee filings.
• Coordinate all operational accounting processes and lead the accounting team.
• Manage Italian ledger close, review trial balances and reconcile to US GAAP.
• Ensure SOX controls are followed and prepare local GAAP financial statements.
