Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
• GPA >= 3.0 / 4.0 (or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High-energy and self-motivated
• Proactive attitude in exploring AI features
• Strong oral and written communication in English and Italian
• Valid EU work permit
• Able to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements
• Learn internal software to support projects and tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance
• Support KPI governance for OTD, Quality, Productivity and lean deployment
• Assist RCA/CAPA for PO placement and KPI identification
• Engage daily with buyers and commodity leaders to improve PO placement
• Coordinate with SCO, ECR, and supplier functions for PO processes
• Analyze volume forecasts and support commodity strategy governance
• Help manage the BH Vendor List and process improvements
• Explore AI opportunities to improve procurement processes
