Job summary

Baker Hughes invites students or recent graduates to join its Global Internship Program in Italy. You will work on focused projects, receive coaching, and interact with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes while learning advanced technology and HS&E culture.

Your role includes supporting daily KPIs, Lean deployment, and supplier/procurement activities, with mentorship from a buddy and manager throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Engineering, SCM, or Finance.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Energetic, self-motivated with proactive AI interest.
• Strong English and Italian communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance.
