Job summary

Ideal candidates are enrolled or recently graduated in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance, with a GPA ≥3.0, and fluent in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• GPA at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken English and Italian.
• EU work permit and eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations.
• Support KPI governance (OTD, Quality, Productivity) for Pro&Log staff.
