JD.COM in Lombardy, Monza seeks a Sorting Operations Manager to lead end-to-end sorting and on-site safety. You will build standards, optimize workflows, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires 5+ years in sorting operations and 3+ years in a leadership capacity, with a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred; cross-team collaboration is essential.

• Experience in sorting efficiency improvement and safety remediation.

Mansioni

• Build full‑process sorting operation standards and end‑to‑end on‑site safety control.
• Develop and update SOPs for full sorting procedures including receiving, feeding, scanning, sorting, bagging and dispatching.
• Implement safety rules covering equipment operation, cargo handling, electrical & fire safety, labor protection and working environment.
• Lead optimization projects for efficiency upgrade, process simplification and hazard remediation.
• Form safety emergency plans and process exception response plans; organize safety drills.
• Coordinate with upstream receiving and downstream dispatching/transport teams to fix process gaps and deliver training and safety awareness sessions.
