Endress+Hauser Group is seeking a Solution Proposal Engineer located in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy, to bridge technical understanding with commercial strategy and help secure project wins.

You will develop tailored proposals for engineered solutions, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure proposals align with customer requirements and Endress+Hauser’s offerings, supporting European customers.

Competenze

• Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in E+H Tools, SFDC and proposal development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Collaborate with External Sales Engineers, Solution Pursuit Managers and Solution Architects to develop tailored proposals.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for systems, packages, and services.
• Engage directly with customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and define project scopes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Logistics, and Controlling to gather input for proposals.
• Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including proposal follow-up and negotiations.
• Verify customer purchase orders and convert into sales orders for processing.
• Conduct cost analysis and develop value-added propositions to ensure competitiveness.
