Job summary

BD Milano/ITA is seeking a Solution Manager to ensure that designed solutions meet customer outcomes in hospital settings. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Clinical teams to build deep relationships and deliver a superior customer experience across BD's portfolio.

The role requires a degree in Pharmacy or related field, strong hospital workflow knowledge, and proficiency in English and Italian; willingness to travel up to 50% and contribute to tender documentation and data

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy or related field as stated.
• Experience with hospital workflows and in consulting or customer success is desirable.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to manage complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designed solutions meet customer outcomes and requirements.
• Lead workflow discussions and optimise BD medication management solutions.
• Create the solution design and technical offers with drawings.
• Review and prepare technical docs for public tenders.
• Support implementation projects to ensure customer success.
