Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced technical support specialist focused on residential solar energy storage. You will troubleshoot after-sales issues, assist with commissioning, and deliver customer training and remote diagnostics.

You will liaise with product management and engineering to relay feedback, guide service readiness, and contribute to product improvements. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with installers and service partners are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer service or field service (PV/storage).
• Hands-on PV or energy storage installation, commissioning, or diagnostics experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers.

Mansioni

• Serve as 1st level contact for after-sales inquiries and warranty topics.
• Troubleshoot after-sales issues and support commissioning.
• Conduct customer training and technical webinars.
• Support onsite installations/commissioning; travel up to 20%.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Engineering.
• Gather field feedback for product improvements.
