You will collaborate with product management, sales and engineering, provide troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and on-site commissioning as needed, with up to 20% travel. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 3+ years in PV or storage, fluent English and Italian, and a customer‑oriented

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer service or field service.
• Experience with PV or energy storage systems installation and commissioning.
• Fluent English and Italian; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• 1st level contact for after-sales technical inquiries and warranty topics.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate replacements, ensure timely resolution.
• Provide customer training and technical webinars on product usage.
• Support system commissioning, remote diagnostics, and on-site work as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to resolve escalations.
• Use PV tools to analyze performance and provide insights.
