A leading energy solutions company in Italy is seeking an experienced Energy Storage Technical Support Engineer. You will maintain and troubleshoot energy storage systems, provide remote diagnostics, and assist in product development. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the power industry and is fluent in Italian. Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in the power industry with preference for energy storage experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain BYD Energy Storage Systems by performing annual checks and capacity tests.
• Provide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers.
• Troubleshoot equipment located at customer sites.

Conoscenze

Experience in the power industry or high/low voltage systems

Hands-on equipment installation

Strong troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Italian

Formazione

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
