Baker Hughes ARMS Reliability is seeking a Cordant Digital Sales Manager – Software Sales to drive new business across Europe. You will own account acquisition and growth, manage complex software opportunities, and build strategies that connect customer needs with our Integrated Asset Performance Management portfolio.

The role requires a strong track record in software/digital sales, mastery of the full sales cycle, and fluency in English with additional European languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Significant experience in software/digital sales and asset performance management.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including closing complex deals.
• Excellent spoken and written English; multilingual capability for Europe.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding wallet share with key accounts.

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities and nurture the sales pipeline in Europe.
• Develop vertical penetration strategies and conduct prospecting.
• Deliver strategic sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Forecast sales and report in Salesforce to ensure pipeline health.
