Baker Hughes Inc. in Italy is seeking a Digital Technology Specialist - Technical Product Management to lead MES 4.0 product evolution across IET. You will translate complex business needs into scalable features and coordinate delivery from requirements through deployment, collaborating with Process & Tools/BPO, DT technical teams, and external partners.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication in English within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another STEM discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Technology, enterprise applications or product ownership.
Experience across the full application/product lifecycle from requirements to production support.
Strong ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of MES 4.0 initiatives and product releases with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to project and feature prioritization and ensure effective execution using Agile methodologies.
Drive standardization of MES 4.0 capabilities across IET, aligning with the MES composable approach.
Translate business needs into clear product features and requirements balancing value, usability and feasibility.
Maintain the MES 4.0 backlog and coordinate dependencies with DT teams and external partners.
