Experteer is seeking a software engineer to help build and operate fintech platforms with emphasis on reliability and scalability. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust services while growing technical and leadership skills.

You will design, implement and operate products, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for best practices in testing, automation, and incident response. Flexible hybrid work, equity, and a supportive workplace are offered.

Competenze

• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Understanding of protocol buffers, gRPC, and message queues.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana.

• Design, implement, deliver and operate products with emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders and iterate quickly on product development.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
