Rain is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a multidisciplinary squad across backend, frontend, and QA engineers. You will own core transactional systems, define architectural direction, and drive reliable microservices, banking integrations, and ledger accuracy.

This role is fully remote and challenges you to shape a high-growth platform. The candidate will supervise system design, ensure scalability, and collaborate with product and engineering partners in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in leadership or formal/informal team lead role.
• Strong systems design skills with distributed architectures.

• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and lead engineering efforts.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage refinements and productivity.
• Design and implement reliable systems in a distributed micro-services environment.
• Build and maintain 3rd-party integrations and RESTful APIs.
