Rain, the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform, is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer for an all-remote EMEA role. You will set the technical direction for core backend systems and oversee API integrations across banking, payroll, and timekeeping domains.

You will design and implement highly available microservices, workflows, and data models in a distributed environment, while mentoring teams to raise the engineering bar.

Competenze

• Eight+ years of professional engineering experience at staff/principal level.
• Proven fintech product design and scalable backend systems.
• Strong system design skills and ownership of large initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication.
