Publicis Groupe in Italy (LePub) is seeking a Content Specialist to join the Content Team. You will craft social-first content, plan editorial calendars, and manage community interactions for multiple brands. The role requires 2–3 years of agency experience, strong English, and expertise across platforms.

You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Analytics teams to ensure content is timely, culturally connected, and optimized for performance. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, editorial content, or community management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of social media, streaming, and entertainment platforms.
• Experience using publishing and community management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar platforms.
• Passionate about internet culture, creators, digital trends, and online communities.

Responsabilités

• Editorial Planning: Develop monthly and always-on editorial calendars across social media platforms.
• Editorial Planning: Translate campaign ideas and strategies into channel-specific content plans.
• Editorial Planning: Identify trends, cultural moments, and social conversations to inspire timely content opportunities.
• Editorial Planning: Ensure consistency in tone of voice and alignment with platform best practices.
• Community Management: Manage day-to-day interactions across brand social channels.
• Community Management: Monitor and moderate comments, maintaining each brand’s tone of voice.
• Community Management: Identify and elevate sensitive conversations when needed.
• Community Management: Gather community feedback and highlight recurring questions and engagement opportunities.
• Content Development: Write captions, social copy, and social-first content across platforms.
• Content Development: Support briefs for Creative, Design, and Motion teams.
• Content Development: Collaborate on content production from briefing to publishing.
• Content Development: Support influencer and creator activations from editorial and social perspectives.
• Content Development: Adapt content by platform, format, audience, and trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, PR, and Data teams on campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align editorial with campaign objectives and paid media plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorms with a social-first perspective.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure content delivery on time with Project Managers.
• Reporting & Insights: Monitor content performance and engagement with Analytics.
• Reporting & Insights: Support regular reporting and identify learnings for optimization.
• Reporting & Insights: Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and emerging formats.
• Reporting & Insights: Use insights to propose future improvements.
