Publicis Groupe is seeking a Content Strategy Lead to join the Content team in Milan, bringing 7-8+ years of social media strategy and brand planning experience. You will define and drive social strategies across a diverse client portfolio, balancing culture, audience, and business objectives.

You will lead strategic workshops, mentor a team, and collaborate across Creative, Account, Media, Data & Insights, and Production to deliver integrated solutions.

• Lead the development of integrated social media strategies for local and global clients across multiple categories.
• Define platform-specific approaches, channel architectures, content ecosystems, and audience engagement strategies.
• Translate business, marketing, and communication objectives into actionable social strategies that drive brand growth.
• Act as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for clients on all social-first and digital culture topics.
• Guide social planning throughout campaign development, ensuring alignment between strategy, creativity, content, media, and production.
• Monitor cultural, consumer, and platform trends, identifying opportunities for brands to participate in relevant conversations.
• Deliver audience, competitive, and social landscape analyses to uncover insights and recommendations.
• Lead strategic workshops, presentations, and client-facing meetings.
• Manage and mentor a team of Social Strategists, fostering growth, collaboration, and strategic excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Account, Media, Data & Insights, and Production teams to ensure integrated thinking.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate social performance and optimize future initiatives.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth opportunities through strategic thinking and social expertise.
• Advocate for innovation by exploring emerging platforms, technologies, creator ecosystems, and social behaviors.
