Publicis Groupe in Italy is seeking a Content Strategy Lead to join our Content team in Milan. Reporting to the Head of Content, you will bring 7-8+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital communications, and brand planning within creative or integrated agency environments.

You will define and drive social media strategies across a portfolio of clients, lead workshops, mentor a team of Social Strategists, and collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, and Data teams to deliver

Competenze

• 7-8 years of experience in Social Strategy or related disciplines.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience developing strategic frameworks and roadmaps for brands.

• Lead the development of integrated social media strategies for local and global clients across multiple categories.
• Define platform-specific approaches, channel architectures, content ecosystems, and audience engagement strategies.
• Translate objectives into actionable social strategies that drive brand growth.
• Guide social planning and ensure alignment between strategy, creativity, content, media, and production.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and client-facing meetings.
