Publicis Groupe in Italy is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join our Content team in Milan. You will lead social and content strategies for local and global clients, translating business challenges into culturally relevant, audience-led opportunities.

Reporting to the Content Strategy Lead, you will collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, Data & Insights and Production teams, define measurement frameworks, and contribute to new business pitches while mentoring junior strategists.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Content Strategy or related fields.
• Proven track record of creating social and content strategies for local and international brands.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and platform dynamics.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategic directions for creative teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop social, creators and content strategies for local and global clients.
• Translate objectives into clear strategic frameworks and recommendations.
• Create platform-specific strategies and content ecosystems.
• Lead projects from briefing through to implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Media, Data & Insights and Production teams.
• Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to inform future work.
