Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Slot Manager to supervise and coordinate the casino slot machine, arcade, and ShipShape gym equipment servicing teams aboard our ships. The role ensures guests receive courteous and professional service.

Candidates should have supervisory experience in casino environments, formal repair training, and strong IT skills. You will lead an international team, enforce safety, and mentor staff to maintain high standards at sea.

Competenze

Supervisory experience in a casino environment is required.
Formal training in repair and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/electronic equipment.
Ability to read safety rules and instructions for tools and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and professional guest interaction.
Ability to supervise an international team and motivate staff.
Proficiency with Excel and Word.
Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.

Oversee slot technicians, arcade and ShipShape gym equipment servicing teams.
